After you enter the e-mail and password, the screen flashes or nothing happens.  This can be caused by having pop up blockers active. Please disable any pop-up blockers installed on the computer. This can include the XPSP2 blocker or any 3rd party toolbar, Anti-Virus, Spyware Detectors, Pop-up Blockers etc.  All pop up blockers must be off to proceed.

close

After signing into the web site, the "Loading CFI Renewal Online" page appears, but does not proceed any further.

This can occur if a pop-up blocker is preventing the CFI Renewal Online page from opening. Please disable any pop-up blockers installed on the computer or make sure they are configured to allow pop-ups from www.cfirenewalonline.com. Your web browser may have a pop-up blocking feature, but pop-up blockers can also be found in 3rd party toolbars, anti-virus and anti-spyware applications, and other security software.

close

This is caused by not allowing both secure and nonsecure items. Exit CFI Renewal Online and navigate to the page with the grey sidebar. Before this page is displayed, a "Security Information" message is displayed. You must click "Yes" on this message to display the sidebar correctly. Another resolution is to setup IE to do this automatically. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab > Select Custom Level > Set "Display Mixed Content" to enable.
