U.S. Government Charts

Overview

The U.S. Government’s National Aeronautical Charting Office (NACO) produces two types of VFR charts for the United States. The Sectional (1:500,000 scale) charts are available in several tiles or “sections” across the U.S. The Terminal Area Chart (TAC) is available for each Class B airspace throughout the U.S. and is depicted at 1:250,000 scale.

Sectionals & Terminal Airspace Charts

Includes: NOS Sectional Charts for the United States (including Hawaiian Islands, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands), NOS Class B Airspace Charts and NOS Sectional Charts for Alaska.

Operational Navigational Charts

ONCs are a great supplement to NOS Sectional and WAC charts. ONCs measure 42" x 57¼" covering eight degrees of latitude which allow you to take a closer look at specific areas of interest during a flight or before your flight for trip planning.
