Non-compliance with FAA Structure Notification is becoming more expensive every day.  With a promise to step up enforcement, now is the time to ensure that every site you own, co-locate on, manage, or acquire is fully compliant.

    Structures that require FAA Notice also may require FCC Registration prior to the start of construction. Each project you undertake requires analysis, documentation, and the prospect of multiple applications, delays, and frustration. The FAA and FCC also require notice of changes in ownership, dismantlement…even changes in your contact information.

Jeppesen will study your specific site or area you want to locate your site and provide you with a study to include a quad chart of this site or a 1 NM up to 2 NM search area chart.  Jeppesen will complete, file, and track the FAA Forms 7460-1 and Supplemental Form 7460-2, Part 1 and Part 2, if required.  Jeppesen considers in their reports VFR flight operations, Private-use Airports, AM broadcast stations, and possible Electromagnetic Interference effects (EMI) on Navigational Aids (NAVAIDs) that may be impacted by your site.  Solutions to problem areas are given in a summary of Options and Recommendations for each site, if required.

Jeppesen will perform your initial Structure Registration, as well as provide the required Construction Notification to the FCC (even if the structure already exists) if required.

Jeppesen will handle your required FAA and FCC follow-up notice for one site or for your entire portfolio.

Jeppesen will manage the compliance application process and all the paperwork and data tracking that go along with it.  We will guide you around avoidable delays, provide you with complete documentation, and ensure that you never lose sites because of missed deadlines.
