This course addresses beginners who are not familiar with the Jeppesen Manpower Planning (JMP) software, but still comfortable with the concepts of planning manpower.

Course goals
This course gives you an introduction to the Jeppesen Manpower Planning concepts with a more detailed focus on the Establishment module. After completing the course you will have a thorough understanding of how to:

• create, maintain and analyze a staffing plan
• set and manage crew qualifications
• model and view changing resource needs over a long-term horizon
