The support team roles are used to describe the roles (not persons) needed in the customer's organization in order to build the right competence and to meet the Jeppesen project and maintenance organization during the implementation and after the hand over. In some cases, one person will take on two support team roles.
A Planner creates, optimizes, maintains and publishes resources, trips or rosters while maintaining minimal cost. A planner has a good understanding of the planning problem and uses both manual and automatic functionality in the Crew & Fleet management system to solve the planning problem.
