Carmen Tail Assignment
Overview
Tail Assignment is the process of combining flights and maintenance into full tail rotations, and still be able to adapt to changes in passenger demands. With Carmen Tail Assignment you build aircraft rotations covering a specific set of flights. The aircraft rotations can optimally be assigned to a particular set of individual aircrafts. Each aircraft rotation has to meet a number of maintenance constraints. Every individual aircraft has a specific tail number and normally, each constraint is related to a specific tail number.
