Recover from disrupted crew rosters while maintaining minimal crew costs. Jeppesen Crew Tracking gives the airline a tool for detecting, resolving, and following-up on changes to the originally published crew planning.
The system supports a details-on-demand approach with an alert monitor that presents any problem that needs to be addressed (crew members with a short connection, missing check-in, crew that should be contacted, missing valid visas, etc.). Alerts are directly linked to the business logic modeled in Rave and can therefore be easily adjusted or changed as changes to the operation are introduced. The system also contains advanced tools for repairing or replanning crew rosters, as well as optimization support to address bigger groups of disturbances in one session.
