Note: If you are an existing customer with Jeppesen Service Update Manager (JSUM) installed - look for the Jeppesen Services icon on your desktop in order to login and begin downloading your data.

JSUM v 2.1.5 is compatible with the following operating systems:
  • Windows XP 32-bit: Home SP3, Pro SP3, Windows MCE, Tablet PC SP3 Edition
  • Windows Vista 32-bit: Home Basic, Home Premium, Business Edition, Enterprise Edition and Ultimate Edition

You can still use Jeppesen Services (JSUM) on 64-bit operating system to program Jeppesen data services that do not use Skybound hardware.

NOTE: Skybound USB adaptor is NOT SUPPORTED on 64-bit operating systems. Please install Jeppesen Services (JSUM) on 32-bit operating system if you need to use a Skybound USB adapter. You can still use Jeppesen Services (JSUM) on 64-bit operating system to program Jeppesen data services that do not use Skybound hardware.

Please click the download box next to the applicable hardware you are using. A file download dialog box will appear.

Select Save this program to disk to save the program file to a specific location on your computer.

Navigate to the destination directory where the installer executable is located and double-click JeppesenServicesSetup.exe.

Follow the displayed instructions to install JSUM.

When installation is complete, JSUM can be launched by double-clicking the JSUM icon on your computer's desktop.
Once JSUM is installed:

Establish an Internet connection.

Double-click the JSUM icon on your desktop, or click Start > Programs > Jeppesen Services > Jeppesen Services.

Enter your username and password. If you do not have a username and password, contact your Jeppesen Customer Service Representative.

Click OK.
