Government Endorsements

The Jeppesen Dispatcher Certification course is approved by the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), the Malaysian Department of Civil Aviation, the United Arab Emirates General Civil Aviation Authority, the Ukraine Civil Aviation Authority, and is accepted by several other National Aviation Administrations (NAA) worldwide.  FOM-2 also meets ICAO Level 3 expertise criteria set forth in the ICAO Training Manual for Flight Operations Officers and Dispatchers, Doc 7192, Part D-3.

The Jeppesen Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) course curriculum is the first pilot ground course to obtain approval from the United Arab Emirates General Civil Aviation Authority.

Conversion courses between different NAA Dispatcher Certificates are now available.  Dispatchers who wish to broaden their regional capability, or airlines working with code share/collaboration agreements will find certificate conversion courses useful.
